Usopp’s Escape Route

Jump on the left side of the prison and look for the stairs leading you upstairs. Follow the main route while avoiding the pirates and you will find the stairs. On the second floor, you will see three ladders. Use them to get to the highest floor where you will find an elevator. You can activate it with Scrapper Franky.

Use the elevator to the main road and follow the spiraling road to the entrance. It leads to a staircase and subsequently, the exit.

Luffy’s Escape Route

Use Luffy’s Grasp skills to catch one of the water structures around you and look towards the roof. Keep going up and use your skills to jump over the containers. You also need to avoid enemies and follow the spiraling road. Use the stairs to a ladder all the way to the top.

Here, you will find the Crane machine. Use it, and then use your Grasp skill again to climb the containers and find another machine. Repeat this process three times and you will find the final spiraling road with the exit. That’s all you need to do to make it out of prison.
