In Farthest Frontier, players need to build a medieval town in the wilderness with the help of a few villagers, initially. As your town grows, new villagers join you. In this game, one of the essential work of the players is to protect the villagers from the harshness of nature and external forces.
In the beginning, berries and other fruits will be the only food option available in the game, and to get them, players need a Forager Shack. This guide will help you know how to build a Forager Shack and how it works in Farthest Frontier.
Forager Shack in Farthest Frontier- How to Use It?
In Farthest Frontier, initially, when there was no food option available except for berries and other fruits, Forager Shack became the only option available. In Forager Shack, the Forager collect these fruits and stock them for future use. However, in Farthest Frontier, everything needs to be built, and Forager Shack is no exception. Therefore, players need to build Forager Shack early in the game so their workers won’t starve.
Below are the steps to build a Forager Shack-
- Go to the Buildings Menu (bottom right corner of the screen with an icon of a house).
- Open Food Production, and you’ll find Forager Shack
- Select the structure and find a suitable place to set it.
- Wait for your workers to build it.
Remember, Forager Shack has its fixed working radius, and when you place it, it will show you the radius the Forger will find food through a yellow circle (image below). When you move it before placing the yellow circle appears then too. Therefore, before you place, ensure the berries and other food resources from the jungle come into its radius. Otherwise, the Forager won’t collect them, and your villagers will suffer a lack of food. The Forager collects Herbs, Hawthorn, Hazelnut, Mushroom, etc., many natural food resources and stores them for future use.
Once your Forager Shack is built, you can click on it, and you’ll find the stats of the Forager Shack. Players can set two Forager Shacks and engage more workers to collect Foraging items. Also, after placing the Shack, if you find the location is not suitable, you can relocate the Forager Shack.
That’s all you need to know about how Forager Shack works in Farthest Frontier.
