You can find this puzzle while exploring the eastern section of Gaia Research Center Ruins in Broken Delta. You have to travel across the road towards the lake on the east side. Explore the shore of the lake and you will spot the strange inscription puzzle. Activate the doll in the middle of the doorway to start the puzzle. You will notice that two of the doors nearby are glowing orange and purple. 

Go through the orange door first then the purple door. You will notice two more doors lighting up with white and black colors. Ignore the white door and pass through the black door instead. If done correctly and you are still alive, a loot crate will appear in the middle of the area. You can get the mid-range optic weapon accessory from this as well as other materials like Stellar Planula.
