Outriders has been in the top four of the most sold games on Steam and that’s just early orders after the beta release, that suggests the game has developed an overall affinity among players. Update Windows to Fix Outriders Error Code 23

Uninstall and Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015, 2017 and 2019
Here are the steps you need to follow.
- Press Windows Key + I and go to Apps
- Locate Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable and uninstall the two files. (if you don’t have it directly start from step 3)
- Download the software from the Official Website
- Click on Download
- Download and install both the x86: vc_redist.x86.exe and x64: vc_redist.x64.exe
- After the download is complete, install the software following on-screen prompts.
Now, try playing Outriders and check if error code 23 still appears.
Repair Game Files from Steam
Here are the steps you need to follow.
- Launch the Steam client and go to Library
- Right-click on OUTRIDERS and select Properties
- Go to Local Files and click on Verify Integrity of game files
- Wait for the process to complete.
