You have to make your way to the very bottom of Scadutree Base area to encounter the Scadutree Avatar boss. This location is between the eastern side of Albinauric’s Shack and northeast of Shadow Keep. You have to enter the Church District Entrance and make your way to the Sunken Chapel. You then need to drain all the water by pulling the lever so that you can reach Sunken Chapel. From the site of grace, exit the room and make a U-Turn to find a Lesser Ulcerated Spirit who will drop Mantle of Thorns

The Mantle of Thorns sorcery will help you while trying to fight Scadutree Avatar. After that, go past the mini boss and enter the archway behind. Take the first right turn you encounter. Keep going straight and avoid any staircases. Take the elevator down and activate the Tree Worship Passage site of grace. Go straight and cross the wooden bridge, get inside the chapel and go down the stairs on either side. You have now reached the lair of Scadutree Avatar and you can also activate the Tree Worship Sanctum site of grace
