The game runs on these devices without any problem, but the audio just does not work, as some players have reported.
Although the problem might sound clueless, there are quite some fixes that have worked for a bunch of gamers online. These fixes range from closing some background apps to downloading some missing files. So, let us check the top ways to fix the no audio problem in Diablo’s latest title.
How to Fix No Sound or Audio Problem in Diablo Immortal on iOS Devices?
There are quite a few steps and ways to fix the no audio problem on iOS devices. We have listed the ones that have worked for a bunch of gamers below.
- Make sure you have downloaded the additional Audio Resources for Diablo Immortal right after launching it for the first time. If you have not, open the game. Now, head over to the Download Manager on the top right corner of the screen. From the menu that appears, download the Audio Resources files.
- Turn off apps that interfere with the audio in-game. The list can include any music playback app like Amazon Music, Spotify, etc.
- Try switching your audio output devices. If you are on Airpods Bluetooth earphones, try switching to the device’s onboard speakers or vice-versa.
- Try the Do Not Disturb option available on your iPhone. Although it sounds weird, several users have reported that Diablo Immortal’s audio kicked in right after they switched to the Do Not Disturb mode.
Activision Blizzard is working on a hotfix. So, the issue will get completely resolved very soon.
