The Lingering Dread grenade launcher can be obtained by participating in the Duality Dungeon and completing “Nightmare of Caiatl” and “Nightmare of Gahlran” encounters. The grenade launcher is a part of the large loot pool, so you can continue to farm it till you can get it. You can also get it from the two secret chests found after the first encounter, so there are a total of four chances where you can get the Lingering Dread grenade launcher. It will now be permanently added to your collection, so you don’t need to craft it.
