All Base Perks

When you start a match, two Base Perks are always unlocked. No points are needed to unlock them. There are two base variants for each perk package, which are as follows:

Overkill	In the player’s loadout, equip two primary weapons.
Double Time	The duration of the tactical sprint is doubled. Crouch movement speed is increased by 30%.
Battle Hardened	Shocksticks are immune to Snapshot Grenades. Reduces the effect of Flash, Stun, EMP, Gas Grenades, and Shock Sticks in the enemy party.
Scavenger	Ammo and throwing knives can be resupplied from dead players.
E.O.D.	When picking up live grenades, reset the fuze timer. Take less damage from non-Killstreak explosives.
Tracker	There is a footprint trail left by the enemy, and a set of enemy death markers are visible. The enemy team is not able to see the kill markers.
Pitcher	Test the trajectory of your equipment by throwing it farther.
Extra Tactical	The player will spawn with an additional tactical in their inventory
