How to Heal in Battlefield 2042
Battlefield 2042 has three ways to heal – the auto-heal, healing gadgets, and Specialist Maria Falck’s Syrette pistol. In essence, there are three ways to heal in Battlefield 2042.
The auto-healing works the same as any other game. Once you take damage, get out of the line of fire and the healing will begin after a short gap. Ensure that you don’t continue to take damage or the auto-healing will reset. You can use the auto-heal to get back to full health, but it takes a while. So, if you are in a hurry to get into the fight, the other methods are your best options.
If you have chosen Specialist Maria Falck as your character or have her in your team, she can perform healing with her Syrette pistol. She can use the pistol to heal herself and other party members that are in range of the pistol. She can shoot at the members of the team to heal them. If the shot is missed, a syringe will land on the ground, which can be used by a friend or foe to heal. But a direct shot at an enemy will cause damage. She can also shoot herself with the pistol to heal. If you are concerned about healing, Maria Falck is a must on the team. Fighting beside her will ensure that you are healed when it’s required.
Finally, you have healing gadgets known as Medic crates. You can use these Medic crates to heal your teammates, but ensure that you are safe from damage before the healing starts. The crates also have a cooldown. When a teammate is injured, throw the Medic crates in front of them, and when they approach the healing will start. It’s much quicker than auto-healing.
