To get the Sentient Amulet, you need to head over to Grymforge and unlock the Adamantine chest. The coordinates for this are X: -624, Y: 223. There are a few ways you can unlock the Adamantine chest and get the Sentient Amulet.
- Pass the Sleight of Hand roll
- Lock-pick it using the Tool of Thieves
- Find the key of a skeleton nearby
If you are going to find the skeleton, head north from the chest’s location and jump over the lava pools. You will find the skeleton body slumped over. Loot the body to get the key, then go back and unlock the chest.
Once you pick up the Sentient Amulet, a ghostly figure of a Monk will appear. This will start the quest, where you have to guide him to Wyrm’s Crossing. After you complete the quest, you can keep the amulet and gain some boost from it.
