Embark Studio’s ambitious title Arc Raiders is set for release sometime this year, and here is everything you need to know about the gameplay, release date, and more.
Arc Raiders is a free-to-play, third-person shooter, and is the first title of Embark Studios. Arc Raiders was promoted during the 2021 Game Awards, and the developers have stated that they are looking forward to a 2022 release, but have not yet specified a date. Fans who are expecting the game will need to keep their eyes peeled for the title dropping soon.

It is not known when the gameplay takes place, but the whole gist of Arc Raiders is that you and your team will have to defend the planet from hostile ARC beings; foreign mechanical space invaders with a need to kill. The game requires teamwork, strategy, and a need to protect what they cherish.
The gameplay is quite straightforward; find the enemy and destroy them. Since this is a shooter simulation, you will get an arsenal of weapons to use are your means of destruction. Use your environment to plan your execution and come out victorious with your team.
Arc Raiders is confirmed for release on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
