Below are all the playable maps and the backstory to where they originated from.
Batcave
Fans of Batman and his legacy will be very aware of the Batcave. This iconic location is now available to duel on in MutiVersus. The stage has one big platform to fight on, and two smaller platforms on the side that can be knocked down if someone gets hit on it. There are also two grates in the central platform, and one of them will occasionally release a smoke cloud and bats that will damage players upon contact.
Scooby’s Haunted Mansion
True to the theme of Scooby Doo, there is a Haunted Mansion straight from the cartoon series and converted into a fighting arena. There is the large central platform, which is further divided into five smaller sections. The smaller sections tend to change elevation now and then. There are also some levers on the walls that will release dangerous items that may harm you during the match.
Training
This is your typical training arena to get to know the game better. This is the area where you will learn all the game moves and techniques and acts as a practice arena. It is also speculated that the stage will have three different layouts to try.
Tree Fort
Adventure Time’s Tree Fort is brought to life in MultiVersus, but is now turned into a dueling arena. There are two variants for the Tree Fort, and they will vary depending on whether you choose to play 1v1 or 2v2. There is one main platform and two smaller platforms beside it. If you choose to play 2v2, the smaller platforms will split from two to three.
Trophy’s Edge
This is an original arena made for the game itself, and it has two different variants. Trophy’s Edge 1 is just your typical arena with a platform in the center and two smaller platforms on the sides that don’t move. In Trophy’s Edge 2, its the same, but the smaller platforms can move either left or right.
Ancient Sky Arena
Taken from the Steven Universe cartoon series, the Ancient Sky Arena has the main platform, and three mini platforms floating above in varying lengths. It’s not known if there will be traps like in the other arenas.
