To start the Brought to Heel quest, you need to head over to Forsaken Coast in Hawezar. You have to look around to find an NPC called Lumir. Head over to the Backwater area to find him, then talk to him to pick up the Brought to Heel side quest.

Red Mushroom Location in Diablo 4

You need to find and bring a red mushroom for Lumir. If you check the map, you will now spot a blue circle around the Exile’s Heap area. Make your way over there and scavenge the place to find red mushrooms. They are usually well hidden, so you have to keep an eye on the ground to spot the little shrooms. You have to pick up one shroom and bring it back to Lumir.

Once you hand over the red mushroom to Lumir, you will complete the quest and earn some rewards like XP, gold, and rare items.
