While Gold Skulls are rare to find, certain places are considered common spawns for them. Let’s take a look at some of the best places to get gold skulls.
Safes
These are one of the most common places in both maps where you can find gold skulls. Safes can be found inside warehouses and certain houses, but not all safes will carry this item. Nevertheless, you can always check the various safes scattered around the maps to find the gold skull.
Police Stations
There are three Police Stations in Al Mazrah you can raid to get gold skulls. Two of them can be accessed near Al Mazrah City. If you head south and northwest of the city, you can find Police Stations here. You can find the last station when you go south from Sa’id City Mall. These locations will be heavily guarded, so you should tackle all the guards first before you check for loot and gold skulls.
Sawah Hotel
There are two particular rooms in Sawah Hotel where the chances of getting a gold skull are high, namely in rooms 302 and 303. These rooms will require an access key. If you don’t have one, you can go to the building’s roof and enter through the open window. If you can’t find it the
Ahmed Grocery Store
You need the Ahmed Grocery Store key before you can go here to Al Mazrah. This is a good place to search for gold skulls, but the rate of finding them is random.
Supply Drops
Certain supply drops will carry gold skulls, but you have to keep checking till you can get your hands on them. Not all drops will carry gold skulls, and also the area where the drop occurs will be swarming with enemy players. You can also shoot down the supply aircraft before it takes off and get the loot out of it first.
Bank of Adal
The Bank of Adal in Al Mazrah has various safes you can unlock to try and find the gold skull. Also, if you have the keys to the top-story and second-story buildings of the bank, then you can check inside to get gold skulls.
Destroy Commander Helicopters
Taking down Commander Helicopters and raiding the supply drop can also give you gold skulls. You can activate and use SAM sites to make quick work of these helicopters.
HMS Shipwreck
The HMS Shipwreck in Ashika Island has a cache box inside its ruins that can be unlocked to get the gold skull. You need to get the HMS Shipwreck Cache Key before you embark to find it.
