F1 22 was released globally only a few hours ago, and players have already dived into the game to explore all the new features added to the latest installment of the F1 series. Undoubtedly, several new features are added in F1 22, and changing the difficulty level is one of them. Unlike its predecessors, F1 22 has the feature of changing the difficulty levels in the game. Switch Difficulty in F1 22- Is it Possible?
F1 22 is the latest installment in the F1 series, and while developing this game, Codemasters have considered the skills of the players- from the beginners to the veterans and featured a wide range of difficulty levels. The difficulty level of F1 22 ranges from 0 to 110 and is divided into eight categories. Below are the categories-

These are the difficulty levels and their ranges in F1 22. Though you may not feel any massive change as you level up from one range to another in the same category, things become much more challenging when you enter the higher difficulty category.

- If you want to change the difficulty from the Pause menu
- Go to Settings, and you’ll find Simulation Settings
- Select ‘Simulation Settings’
- From there, increase or reduce the value of AI Difficulty.
Besides this, you can change the difficulty level from the traditional Grand Prix Mode or Career Mode. Players in both cases will find the Simulation Settings under the regular Settings menu.
In Career Mode, go to the Home Menu, press ‘Triangle’ on PlayStation, and ‘Y’ on Xbox to bring the Career Settings. From there, go to ‘Simulation Settings’ and change the AI Difficulty.
If you want to change the difficulty in the Grand Prix races Setup area, click on the Simulation Settings and change the AI Difficulty before you begin the race.

In this context, players must remember that the difficulty level can’t be changed in the middle of a race. If you begin the race at difficulty level 30, you have to complete the race at that difficulty level. Therefore, be careful while changing the difficulty.
