Before you can unlock this quest, you need to complete Chapter 4 of Act 2 of the Fontaine Archon Quest. The quest you need to complete is As Light Rain Falls Without Reason. Once that is done, make your way to the Court of Fontaine to find Iaune. Iaune can be found in Palais Mermonia. To reach here, from the Court of Fontaine Statue of the Seven, enter the building in front of you. You will find Iaune hunched over on the table. Talk to him to start the quest. For the quest, you need to find and talk to each of the Gestionnaire members inside the hall. They will be marked for you, so just go ahead and talk to all of them.
Once you are done talking to all the members, you will be rewarded Hero’s Wit x3 and Mora x21500.
