If you’re the owner of a Samsung Galaxy, you might be facing this problem as well. Immediately after the launch, there have been complaints about various graphic bugs in the game which seem to be affecting the players who own the phone, so you are not alone. For some, the game hasn’t been able to instal properly as users get the message of “Your device isn’t compatible with this version.”
This can be frustrating for players, but on the bright side, the problem is not with your device. It is concerning the game itself, which is currently incompatible with devices that use Exynos chipsets—and some Samsung Galaxy phones just happen to have them. This causes some strange glitches while playing the game that makes it unplayable.
The devs are aware of the issue, and they have currently disabled the game for these phones. This means that they are working on getting a bug fix as soon as possible, so you won’t have to wait long to get your hands on the game again. It is speculated that the fix might some as soon as the end of this week, so you just need to be patient.
