Elden Ring is a survival RPG that lets you explore the game map and find all its hidden secrets as you defeat bosses and take their loot to get stronger. This guide will take you through the process of how to find the Golden Order Principia in Elden Ring.
How to Get the Golden Order Principia in Elden Ring
Elden Ring has two schools of magic which are Sorceries and Incantations. Sorceries are usually offensive and deal damage to your opponent, while the latter is normally used for defensive spells. While most Incantations are dropped after killing a powerful enemy or a boss, you can find Incantations in prayerbooks as well, such as the Golden Order Principia.

The Golden Order Principia contains two Incantations that you can learn, which are Radagon’s Rings of Light and Law of Regression. The first one is an offensive spell which throws large rings of light at your enemies, and can deal a lot of damage. The Law of Regression is a healing Incantation that allows you to heal all effects that are dragging your vitals down.
To find the Golden Order Principia, you will need to make your way into the capital city in Altus Plateau by collect at least two Great Runes from Rykard, Godrick or Radahn and killing the boss called the Draconic Tree Sentinel. Once you have done so, you will gain access to the capital city and on top of the dragon’s wing. You will need to make your way into Godfrey’s arena and fight the battle.
Once you have defeated Godfrey, you can search the room and climb outside to get to the upper floor. There is a broken window you can walk through where you will find a chair hanging from the ceiling. Standing on the tree roots outside, you will be able to interact with the object on it, which is the Golden Order Principia.
