In order to find the location of the Khaj Nisut Primal Obelisk, you will need to make your way to the northeast of the desert, which is called the Khaj Nisut. There are some ruins here where you can find one of the Primal Obelisks. These are used to find seals in the game, which is a new mechanism added in the 3.1 update. There are ten that you can find in the map.
