Dying Light 2 is finally live, and fans and critics are excited and satisfied with the gameplay experience of Dying Light 2. It is much scarier than its prequel Dying Light and much more thrilling. Like most other survival games, Dying Light 2 features Campfire, but the use is totally different.
This guide will help you know what campfires are and how to use them in Dying Light 2.
Campfires in Dying Light 2 – Locations and Use
Campfires in most games are used to make medicines or revive health and XP. But campfires in Dying Light 2 do nothing of these. They neither restore XP nor craft medicine or weapons. Here the purpose is entirely different. It might excite some players, but most players find it boring.
There are no specific locations marked for the campfires on the map. You can mostly find them in undiscovered areas or while collecting medicinal resources. These campfires are found randomly scattered here and there. You’ll understand a campfire is near when you see a book icon on your map.
Once you reach a campfire, you’ll find some NPCs sitting or standing around it telling stories or singing songs. Also, they sometimes interact with each other. Though these stories or interaction gives you no clues of your next mission, they are relaxing. You can sit and rest for some time. You can listen to their tales or songs to pass the time. These NPCs will tell some mythological stories, but they are mostly of no use unless you are interested in knowing the legends and myths of Dying Light 2.
That’s all you need to know about the campfires in Dying Light 2. If you are sitting near a campfire and are confused about how it works, check out our guide for help.
