Warzone 2 DMZ Season 3 Dead Drop Locations Including Ashika Island

Warzone 2.0 season 3 was released on April 12 and with its release came a new map of Ashika Island, new weapons, and a new Battle Pass but also new Dead Drops locations as well. Drop-dead locations are mostly related to the missions and can be found near strongholds and areas that are heavily guarded, so they are difficult to reach but. Players can also use the Dead Drops to reduce the cooldown on the insured weapons as well. This guide will teach you all the new dead drop locations in Warzone 2.0 DMZ Season 3. 

New Dead Drop Locations in Warzone 2.0 DMZ Season 3

There is a total of 14 dead drops found across the 2 major maps called Al Mazrah and Ashika Island. 10 of them are located in Al Mazrah and 4 on Ashika Island. 

Ashika Island was the new map added to the game in Season 2 of MW2 and Warzone 2.0. It is a smaller map compared to Al Mazrah, but it is quite dense in terms of buildings and the number of enemies. 

Now, let’s start with all 10 dead drop locations in the Al Mazrah map:

1. Between Rohan Oil and Al-Safwa Quarry 

Players can find this dead drop between the Rohan Oil and Al-Safwa Quarry (The location shown above in the image. This should be pretty easy to get to as it is a pretty deserted area. Players can use this to reduce Insured weapon Cooldown and also for certain missions. 

2. Al-Mazrah City 

This is located in the middle of Al Mazrah City and can be somewhat difficult to get to. But players can always sneak their way to the Dead Drop and they have to because it is required for a specific mission. Players simply need to go to the post office and in the alley nearby they will find the Dead Drop. 

3. Maziweh Marshlands 

Players simply need to go to the area between Al Mazrah City and Maziweh Marshaland to find the Dead Drop. The exact location is shown in the image above. Players can use this dead drop for insured weapon cooldown reduction. 

4. Al Sharim Pass

This dead drop is located in the middle of the Al-Malik Airport and Al Sharim Pass. Players need to go to the small cluster of buildings between the area to find the dead Drop. Players can use this dead drop for insured weapon cooldown reduction and for certain missions.

5. Al Samman Cemetary 

Players can find this dead drop on the northeast side of the Al Shamman Cemetary area. Players can easily get to the dead drop as it is somewhat located in a deserted area. Players can use this dead drop for insured weapon cooldown reduction and for certain missions.

6. Sa’id City 

Players can simply make their way to the Shopping centre in the Center of Sa’id City and they will find the dead drop on the east of the shopping centre just outside.  Players can use this dead drop for insured weapon cooldown reduction and for certain missions. 

7. Sattiq Caves Dead Drop Location

Dead drop is located near the stronghold, and players can safely approach this by going around the cliff and jumping from it. This will alarm the enemies but not all of them and you will have enough time to get the weapon and complete your mission (Untraceable Mission).

8. Zarqwa Hydroelectric Dead Drop Location

Dead drop is located near the bridge where you see the player and this is also an area surrounded by enemies and patrolling cars so I recommend players to not shoot and try to sneak to the dead drop if solo or if you are with your team, you can fight as well. This dead drop is useful for Medical Mule Mission.

9. Zaya Observatory Dead Drop Location

This location is in the centre of the map and on the mountain so it is easy to reach but it is a stronghold as well so players will need to be extra discrete if they are solo and the dead drop area is shown on the image below. This dead drop is useful for Pathfinder missions. 

10. Ahkdar Village Dead Drop Location

The dead drop in this area is located almost in the centre of the village so players and their squads need to be ready to fight as there are many enemies nearby and this dead drop is used for some missions. 

11. Al Bagra Fortress Dead Drop Location

This fortress is located on the southernmost part of the map and is on a small island. As the name suggests, this area is a fortress and players need to clear many enemies to get to the dead drop location. This dead Drop is used in the Train tracks mission. 

That concludes all the current Dead drop locations on the Al Mazrah map, now let’s see the only (probably the most difficult) dead drop location found on Ashika Island.

All Ashika Island Dead Drop Locations

1. Port Ashika Dead Drop Location

This dead drop is located underground in the tunnel near the port and players will need to go inside the dead drop located at the end of the tunnel on the right side. Players will see a red bridge when they are in Port and they will need to go below and they will see the underground tunnel leading to dead drop and crown intel. This dead drop location has many items which are required for various missions. Players will reach the area marked by a red circle in the below image but it would be from underground.

Players can also sneak into the waterway dead drop as you can see in the video below.

2. Residential Dead Drop Location

The dead drop is located in a somewhat less dense area so it is a little bit easy to get to but players should still take the necessary precautions when reaching there. Players will find the dead drop on the north of Stronghold as shown on the map below. This is also for a mission and also for reducing weapon insured time. 

3. Town Centre Dead Drop Location

The dead drop located in this area is a little bit denser than the residential but players can sneak their way to the dead drops as there are many buildings. This is also for various missions and also for decreasing the insured weapon cooldown.

4. Beach Club Dead Drop Location

The last dead drop found on Ashika Island is near the Beach club. Players can take the boats or can swim to this as it is located near the beach near the tower.
