We’ve already seen some of the upcoming craftable weapons in Sumeru. Leakers have also revealed two new upcoming bows in Genshin Impact 3.0. These are likely to be on the weapon banners of 3.0. Considering the time of their release, we can expect them to be compatible and optimal for the two Dendro bow units we’re getting next patch. One of these will also have a quirky design theme we’re already familiar with. Read on to find out.
Upcoming Bows in Genshin Impact 3.0
The following bows are expected to appear in the weapon banner of the first half of Update 3.0- alongside Tighnari and Collei.
Hunter’s Path (5-star)
This 5-star weapon is likely to be the best-in-slot and signature weapon of Tighnari- the 5-star Dendro bow user. With its main stat as Crit rate%, this weapon suggests a DPS build. It gives a bonus of 12% all elemental damage bonus as its flat effect. When a character scores a hit with a charged attack, it gives the ‘Tireless Hunt’ effect which increases the following charged attack damages by a whopping 160% of elemental mastery. This lasts for only 10 seconds and triggers once every 12 seconds.
At refinement 5, its numbers go up to an impressive 24% bonus all elemental damage and a scary 320% EM charged attack damage bonus. This weapon is completely DPS oriented and with the way Dendro builds are seeming to look, this will be a great bow for any Dendro bow user due to their dependence on the Elemental Mastery stat.
Trawler (4-star)
This 4-star bow is another in the series of Genshin’s recent quirky sea-themed weapon designs like the Catch polearm or the Luxurious Sea-Lord claymore. Trawler’s main stat is Energy Recharge which indicates a support functionality. The ‘Flowrider’ effect triggers after the character equipping this uses their elemental skill and deals 80% ATK as AoE damage with their attacks thereafter. This effect lasts for 15 seconds and may cause a maximum of 3 instances of damage- each every 2 seconds minimum. This effect triggers once every 12 seconds.
This could be a fantastic weapon for support bow users who scale on ATK% and have to consistently use their E. While we don’t fully know if this will synergize well with the 4-star Collei releasing in the same patch, we can say this would certainly be suitable for her.
There have been rumors that the Trawler might be a free weapon from an event but leakers say those are false and that we are more likely to get Collei as an event reward. Both these weapons look very strong and versatile so players can go for them even if they don’t go for the Dendro characters in the next patch.
