Having a splint will help you fix any broken bones you might have, and crafting a splint is an easy process. Here we will see how to do that in Stranded Deep.

To craft a splint, you will need sticks x2 and lashings x2. Sticks can be found everywhere, even on the shoreline, but if you are having a tough time, you can chop down some trees to get sticks. Lashings can be obtained by getting fibrous leaves x4. Palm saplings and Yucca trees will have plenty of fibrous leaves, or you can forage for them in the grassy areas. You will need a total of 8 Fibrous leaves to create 2 lashings.

Once you have all the materials, you can create your splint. Press C to go to the crafting menu, then select the consumables tab on top. Scroll down till you can find the Splint option, then select it using the left mouse button to craft it. It will automatically be placed on the area that is broken. After applying the splint, you will notice your character will start regaining their health back.
