After making your way into the Research and Development facility, you need to find the R&D ID card to bypass the security door. You can either shoot down all the guards or stealth kill them. Whichever option you pick, once the room is cleared, make your way to the entrance on the side. There is a flight of stairs leading up where you can find a research desk and Faye’s computer.

If you have the Overseer program, you can run the program through the computer. For that, you need a Digipick, and if you don’t have one on you, you can check the left side of the desk. You will also find the R&D ID card beside it, so pick that up too. Hack into Faye’s computer and run the program through it before leaving.

Make your way back to the secured door and use the ID card to gain access. Once inside the room, run straight to the chamber ahead and unlock the door to retrieve the Neuroamp Prototype. You can now escape the building and head back to the SSNN Field Office to complete the rest of the quest.
