To get this gun, you have to acquire the Seal of the Empress from the Queen, but getting it is hard. First, go to the Red Throne Region in Yaesha and talk to the Queen. This part is tricky, as you need her approval to obtain the seal. For that, you need to pick options that show your respect for her. During the initial conversation, select the first, second, first, and third options. This will start the boss fight with the Corruptor. Defeat it, then talk to the Queen. Pick the below options.
