Ready or Not Settings to Improve FPS
Enable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling:
This will make the use of your graphics card to do the tasks which require heavy GPU usage and reducing latency and improve performance. You can do this by going to Graphics Settings on your computer and enabling the option, if your system supports this feature. You will be able to select Ready of Not from the list of games and set it to high performance.
Full-Screen Optimizations and DPI Override:
By disabling full-screen optimization, and enabling override high dpi scaling, your game will run smoother. You can do this by right-clicking on the .exe file of the game and checking the compatibility section on properties.
Delete Temporary Files:
Temporary Files take a lot of space and which slows down your hard disk, resulting FPS drop and stuttering. Delete the temp files by entering %temp% in your Run dialogue box and deleting all the files as shown in your temporary older.
Uninstall / Disable Third-party apps and End Tasks:
Third-party programs that run above the game, such as MSI afterburner, Runtactics Pro, and others, can occasionally prevent games from running or slow them down, causing crash on game launch. These programs should be uninstalled or disabled by going to the Control Panel and uninstalling from the Add or Remove Programs list. Furthermore, end unnecessary tasks by going to Task Manager and selecting End Task to free up more RAM.
Ideal In-Game Settings:
Tweak the numerous in-game options to get better graphics or improve performance. Make sure to adjust the settings and check how they impact performance — and whether it’s worth taking a hit in quality.

Mileage will vary for every card type.. so play with settings.. if you have alot of memory its usually better to increase the amount of on screen details as far away as possible.. potentially keeping the entire map on fast memory.. if you have enough.. if not this will cause sudden dramatic stutter likely anyway. Shadows made a big difference for me and reflection quality on some maps… Most my other settings are maxed tho on a gtx 1070 with a light overclock and a ryzen 1700x waiting on new memory too.. so its only got 8gb ram atm.. on a samsung m.2 runs fairly well.. especially after first launch of a new map thats modded. launch those run em thru once to bake some data for the next launch.. or just run in single player.. unexpected dramatic stutters are a killer in tactical fps.. always happen when things get gnarley.
