PUBG New State has been released nearly a month ago, and even now developers are working hard to find and fix recurring bugs. The mobile game is quite promising and shows no signs of slowing down.
But recently, Reddit user u/Simple_Person_92 has faced a serious bug in the game that didn’t let them play, even after reloading the game many times.
Many players have since chimed in and claimed the same thing.
Players have noticed that after downloading the latest update, they have been facing issues with it. Some players couldn’t even log in to the server.
While the issue is fairly new and players are experiencing it even now, KRAFTON has not yet come up with a solution or taken note of it.
While this sounds like a network connectivity issue or a server issue from the developers’ side, you can try out some of these troubleshooting tips to see if it helps.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the game.
- Check your phone and game compatibility
- Disable Developer Options and USB Debugging on your device
- Change your Graphics Setting in-game
For now, players would have to wait for any update from the developers or write to them personally, but if more players are facing the issue the more attention it might get.
