The only way you can reset EV in the game is to find and feed the Pokémon berries. Different types of berries are used for lowering each of the stats. So suppose you want to lower the attack stat for a Pokémon, you need to find a certain type of berry and feed it to get back all the EV points. Below are all the berries that you need to find and what stat they work with.
- Pomeg Berry: HP stat
- Kelpsy Berry: Attack stat
- Qualot Berry: Defense stat
- Hondew Berry: Sp. Attack stat
- Grepa Berry: Sp. Defense stat
- Tamato Berry: Speed stat
Feeding the Pokémon any of the above berries will help reduce the EV points by 10, which you can later use to relocate to other stats whenever you wish. To find these berries, you have to scavenge around the Overworld and find glistening spots. Once you find them, head over to farm berries. You would have more luck getting berries in East Province Area One and Two, so you can start scavenging there first. You can also get berries from a vendor in Porto Marinada Market’s Auction House, but you can only unlock this feature after completing the Water Gym Challenge. After participating in the Seaweed Bidding Auction, you can unlock the Auction House, and with it the many vendors where you can buy valuable items, including berries.
