The easiest method to get a Shiny Stone is by checking out the Auction House in Porto Marinada. You can unlock the Auction House after you complete the Water Gym Challenge and participate in the Seaweed Bidding Auction. After that, head over there and find a vendor who sells the Shiny Stone and place your bid. Whoever scores the highest bid wins the item.
If you are low on cash and would rather scavenge for the Shiny Stone in the wild, there are two places where you can find it. You can find one in South Province Area Six, at the waterfall after you defeat the False Dragon Titan. From Alfordana, take the route that heads into South Province Area Six and take the path upwards. Go all the way up till you reach the top of the waterfall, you will find the Shiny Stone near the trees. Another area where you can explore to get the Shiny Stone is between Socarrat Trail and the snowy path to the east side. The area is up on the hills, so you have to use Miraidon or Koraidon to get there.
The only known Pokémon to use the Shiny Stone is Floette, and it is used to evolve it into Florges.
