The red keycard can be found inside the Filing Room, but you need the QR code scan to unlock the door first. For that, you need to find the Head of Security and hack his phone. You will get this objective after searching Mason Laurent’s bedroom, as the next step is to search his office. You will usually find the Head of Security walking around the upper floor, then making his way downstairs to the main hall. He will mingle with the guests here for a bit, then make his way upstairs again.
To hack his phone, you need to stay as close to him as possible till the white ring around him turns green. This could be a bit difficult with guards hanging around the area and with him moving around. You can either wait for him to walk over to a secluded area and kill him, or linger around nearby and hack his phone. Once you have hacked his phone, make your way to the Filing Room on the ground floor and scan the QR code. After that, check the cabinets within the Filing Room to get the red keycard.
