Overwatch 2 has been released, and it’s going in an entirely new direction: with free-to-play Battle Passes. The multiplayer PvP mode is live now, but Overwatch will also have its own PvE (player v/s environment) with co-op missions who want to spend less money or explore each hero’s story. However, this Story Mode is not available yet.

Overwatch 2 PvE Release Date
In the coming release of Overwatch 2, the PvE system will be returning from its first installment. Blizzard has yet to announce how much longer we’ll need to wait or if there are any changes planned; all we do know is that with Overwatch 2’s PvE mode arriving sometime in early 2023 at some point during the year, there shouldn’t be too many people left disappointed. All those who might not have been able to play this mode before can rejoice because it should soon become available for all players.
The PvE mode will feature cooperative missions in which various Overwatch team members work together to save the world from multiple threats. It’s expected that the PvE mode will continue to grow each time there’s a new season of Overwatch, as it gains access to more heroes who can be found within its storyline and different challenges. As a result, players can have more characters, earn rewards, and discover brand-new playstyles.
