To get the fish melee weapon, you need to collect the blueprint from a certain vendor. That vendor is Margorie, who you can find in Red Sands regions. She is located on the easternmost end of the region, at 7187, 174. You can visit her shop and browse the menu to find the Northern Pike BP or BP Frozen Tilapia. It will cost 5 Golden Cichlid to purchase the blueprints. Golden Cichlids can be obtained from the fishing event, but it will take a random chance to get it
Once you have the blueprints, you need to craft ice and also fish for Northern Pike and Tilapia. You can craft ice if you have a fridge and place purified water in it. Next, to find the required fish, you have to head over to certain locations and start fishing. Northern Pike can be found around Meyer’s Market in Broken Delta, at around 5756, -6655. But you can try other fishing spots and get fish during the fishing event as well. After you get your fish, head over to the intermediate supplies bench and craft the fish melee weapon with 10x ice cubes and 1x Northern Pike/Tilapia.
