You can find the Hollow Crow just past the Vestige of Loash in the Fief of the Chill Curse. After defeating Kinrangr Guardian Folard, keep going deeper till you reach a stone wall with the Vestige on it. There will be a passage covered in twigs that you need to pass through to reach the arena.

The Hollow Crow Fight Preparation

This boss, like most bosses residing in the Fief of the Chill Curse, will use frostbite damage and apply frost debuff. You can counter it using Frostbite Cure and Frostbite Resistance Balm. Inferno spells, Fire Salts, and Ignite Salts will help you get through this battle quickly.

The Hollow Crow Fight Guide

There will be multiple enemies as soon as the fight starts. Beside the giant crow beast, you will also encounter an Umbral entity called Lucy who will float around and control the crow and other enemies.

At the start of the fight, several Umbral spawns will appear.
Deal with the Umbral Hounds first, then defeat the other minions around the area quickly
If you let them linger around the area for long, they will attack and cause Frostbite debuff
After dealing with the minions, focus on the floating orb and use your lamp to Soulflay it
Lucy will be pulled to your realm, and you can deal some damage before she disappears again
You can also jump into the Umbral realm to attack her directly.
You should focus most of your attacks on Lucy, but also keep an eye on the crow and the minions
If it gets too overwhelming, clear the area of minions first, then navigate the ice to find Lucy
After a while, you will come face to face with the crow. You cannot attack the crow for now, so you have to dodge all its attacks.
The crow deals mostly ranged damage
If it leans back, it will release a row of ice in front of it. It is easy to predict it and dodge
If it tilts its head to one side, it will shoot ice projectiles sideways. Quickly dodge underneath it
Ice Shards will also appear at random around the arena. It is best to keep running and dodge any oncoming shards
Avoid the edge of the arena if you see a mist around it. It will cause frostbite debuff so stay in the center.
Eventually, Lucy will reappear, and so will the minions. Rinse and repeat the above steps
After defeating Lucy, she will release a frostbite AoE before dying. Since its reach is vast, the only way you can avoid it is to use Frostbite Cure
