The Icerind Hatchet scales well with players who have high Strength and Dexterity. Along with inflicting frost damage, you also get a special skill. To find the Icerind Hatchet, you will have to head over to Lirunia of the Lakes, specifically near the Temple Quarters. You will come across the Quarters by heading southwest from the Raya Lucaria Academy. Once you are here, you can explore the buildings and surroundings areas to get some Bloodroses. There aren’t any bosses here but you will come across some Albinaurics and Glintstone Flower enemies, which won’t take that long to defeat. Inside one of the broken buildings, you will find a chest buried under some rubble. Open the chest to get the Icerind Hatchet.

The Icerind Hatchet needs 11 strengths and 16 Dexterity to wield and has the unique skill Hoarfrost Stomp. It causes frost buildup and can be upgraded using Somber Smithing Stones. You cannot use Ash of War on it.
