The Stygian Summoning Circle blueprint drops after defeating General Cassius the Betrayer. This is a level 57 boss that can be found in the new Ruins of Mortium. After his defeat and getting the blueprint, you can find it in the build menu and add it to your castle. To use it, you need to feed the device a certain amount of Stygian Shards as well as other items to summon a creature.

Stygian Shards drop frequently by participating in the Rift Incursion event and clearing them. There are two types of shards, the Stygian Shards and the Greater Stygian Shards. Collect them both and feed it to the Stygian Summon Circle along with other materials to summon a beast.
