The Flux Construct Core is dropped from the Flux Construct bosses. There are several of them scattered around Hyrule, and the first encounter of the Flux Construct is on the Great Sky Island. Once you defeat them, they will drop the Flux Construct Core. To use them, you can fuse them with your primary weapon. You have to equip the weapon you wish to fuse it with, then select the Fuse option. After that, select the Flux Construct Core and it will be bound to the weapon. The Core will increase the weapon’s damage output, so you should use it on the weapon you are most comfortable with.
The only drawback to the Flux Construct Core is that it is very rare to find it, so you should fuse it with the best weapon the game has to offer. Also, if you fuse the core to the weapon too many times, it will break.
