To repair any broken monument, you will need the Kusava gadget. This can be gotten by completing a lengthy World Quest called The World of Aranara. This is the first quest you will stumble across in the Aranyaka Part II questline. Once you complete that, you will unlock a new world quest called Starry Night. The starting location of this quest is on the north side of Avidya Forests’ Statue of the Seven.
Completing this quest will give you the Kusava. You can now equip the device on your character and go to various locations to repair broken Dendro monuments. Once you complete the quest, the Kusava will be gone, but you can learn the Rhythm of Revival to repair broken monuments henceforth.
