There are several ending in Elden Ring as is the norm in titles from the developers FromSoftware. You can have the canon ending, or an open ending. The third option is the bad ending which you should technically avoid getting. If you want to see what the canon ending is like, you will need to get the ending called Age of Fracture.
Guide to the Age of Fracture Ending in Elden Ring
The canon ending is the standard ending for the game, and your decisions in the game will affect which ending you will get. All the NPCs that you have interacted with and the characters that you have killed might affect it. The direction that your gameplay goes will change, but you will get some ending for closure when you complete the game.

If you’ve finished the game, you should have already defeated the boss Radagon of the Golden Order and the Elden Beast, and have received your rewards of the Remembrances at a Fractured Marika. In the event that you’ve finished Ranni the Witch’s quest by helping her, you will see a summoning point close by to call for her—which you should not interact with if you want the Age of Fracture ending.
The ending that you want, is to become the Elden Lord by restoring the Elden Ring to its full glory. You will need to have the option to “Mend the Elden Ring.” If you’ve cleared the dungeons before and killed Mohg the Omen, you had the option to be imbued with the Frenzied Flame from the Three Fingers. In this way, you can become the Lord of the Frenzied Flame if you interact with the Marika statue.
However, you can reverse this by completing Millicent’s quest where you are supposed to kill Malenia at the Haligtree. If you’ve done these things, you should have the option to mend the Elden Ring and emerge as the Elden Lord, which is the standard Age of Fracture ending.
