Like most blueprints, you need to defeat the respective boss to unlock it. The same applies for the Shadow Weave, where you need to defeat a particular boss to get the blueprint. The boss you need to defeat is General Valencia the Depraved, who roams the new Ruins of Mortium area in version 1.0. Once you have the blueprint, you would also need the Advanced Loom. If you don’t have the Advanced Loom unlocked, you can get it by defeating Matka the Curse Weaver. After that, get the necessary resources to place the loom in your base, which is 8x Reinforced Plank and 4x Silk
Once you have the Advanced Loom, you can use it to craft 2 x Shadow Weave with 3x Silk and 3x Ghost Yearn. Shadow Weaves can be used in crafting the new Dracula Armor set, as well as the Throne of Darkness.
