To unlock the Polarity Shift spell, you need to find and defeat Domina the Blade Dancer. You can find this level 60 V Blood Boss in Gloomrot South, specifically in Rustlock Village. Once you defeat her, you can unlock this spell, as well as several other items like the Castle Teleporter, Empty Canister, and Radium Alloy. Once you unlock the Polarity Shift spell, you can equip it through your spellbook and use it by pressing the ability button.

You can further enhance this spell’s ability by equipping jewel modifiers. Tier 3 Jewel modifiers can give you additional attack boosts, increased Static debuff, and can also increase the speed of the projectile. Below are all the buffs you can get with jewel modifiers for the Polarity Shift.
