Platinum Camo Unlocking Process for SP-X 80, Kastov 762, and Lachman-556 in Modern Warfare 2
If you play Modern Warfare 2 regularly, you probably got one point: unlocking Camo requires a lot of grinding and skills. Platinum Camo is the second Mastery Camo you can unlock for your weapons, and it requires players to get the Gold Camo first. Also, Platinum Camo needs to be unlocked for every weapon individually. Fortunately, the Platinum Camo Challenge is the same for every weapon, regardless of Class.
SP-X 80 Platinum Camo
Gold Camo is the first criterion to get Platinum Camo and if you want to get it for SP-X 80, first get the Gold Camo for it. Getting Gold Camo requires you to complete the Base Camo Challenges-
- Get 50 Kills with SP-X 80
- Get 20 Kills with SP-X 80 while Mounted
- Get 25 One-Shot Kills with SP-X 80
- Get 50 Kills with SP-X 80 with a suppressor
Once these challenges are completed, players will get the Gold Camo Challenge for the weapon, that is, to Get 3 kills without dying with SP-X 80, 10 times. After you complete all 5 challenges, you will get the Gold Camo for SP-X 80.
Next, to unlock Platinum Camo, you have to complete Gold Camo Challenges for all other weapons of its Class. Once that criteria is fulfilled, the Platinum Camo Challenge for SP-X 80 will be unlocked- “Get 25 Longshot kills with SP-X 80.” Complete this challenge, and you’ll get Platinum Camo for this weapon.
Kastov 762 Platinum Camo
The Platinum Camo unlocking process is similar for every weapon. Kastov 762 is no exception. To unlock Gold Camo for this weapon, players need to complete the following Base Camo Challenges-
- Get 50 Kills with Kastov 762
- Get 20 Kills With Kastov 762 while Mounted
- Get 50 ADS Kills with Kastov 762
- Get 15 Kills from Behind with Kastov 762
Once you are done with these four challenges, you’ll get the Gold Camo Challenge for this weapon- “Get 3 Kills without dying, 10 times.” Completing this challenge will unlock Gold Camo for the weapon.
Finally, to unlock Platinum Camo, you have to unlock Gold Camo for every other weapon of its Class, means Assault Rifle Class. Once all your ARs have the Gold Camo unlocked, you’ll get the Platinum Challenges for Kastov 762- “Get 25 Longshot Kills with Kastov 762.” Completing this challenge will unlock Platinum Camo for the Gun.
Lachman- 556 Platinum Camo
Again, it is one of the best ARs of the game, so it’s not surprising that players want to get Platinum Camo for it. The process is exactly the same as the other two mentioned above. To get the Base Camo Challenges for this Gun, play with it and level it up. You’ll get the following Base Camo Challenges for Lachman-556-
- Get 50 Kills with Lachman-556.
- Get 10 Double Kills with Lachman-556.
- Get 50 Kills with Lachman-556 using Suppressor.
- Get 10 hip-fire Kills using Lachman-555
Once these challenges are completed, players get the Gold Camo Challenge for Lachman 556- Get 3 Kills undying with Lachman-556, 10 times. This challenge will unlock Gold Camo for Lachman-556.
However, for the Platinum Camo, players need to unlock Gold Camo for all the Assault Rifles. Once you get Gold Camo for all the ARs, you’ll unlock the Platinum Camo Challenge for Lachman-556- “Get 25 Longshots with Lachman-556.” Completing this challenge will unlock Platinum Camo for this weapon.
