Misdreavus is a Ghost-Type Pokemon, and they will spawn only at night time. They can slip away easily into the dark, so be wary while approaching one. The spawn location of Misdreavus is around the South Province Area Four. To be able to see them spawn, you will need to complete the tutorial.

The Pokemon can be usually seen floating around ponds and sometimes on fields. If you are having trouble spawning them, try exiting the area for a few minutes and coming back. Once you have spotted a Misdreavus, you will need to attack it and defeat it to get the Misdreavus Tears.

Misdreavus is weak to Ghost-Type and Dark-Type Pokemon, so make sure you have these on your team when you are battling it. Once defeated, it will drop one or two Misdreavus Tears for you to collect.
