Dinkum is a farming simulation game, created by an Australian developer called James Bendon where you can plant crops such as wheat. This guide will take you through the process of how to get the grain mill in Dinkum.
How to Craft Grain Mill in Dinkum
Once you’ve established yourself on the island and gotten some plants, you might want to figure out what else you can do with them. If you have a cooking table, you will know that you can make bread with flour. But to get flour, you will need a grain mill.

Assuming you already have wheat from Rayne, you will now need to craft the grain mill. It has been added to your crafting recipes when you purchased the Farming Licence from Fletch. You can find the recipe there.
At the crafting table, you will need to bring the following materials:
- 4 Gum Wood Plank
- 4 Old Gear
- 1 Copper Bar
- 1 Old Wheel
You can find the recipe in the image below.
For the Gum Wood Plank, you will need to use the Tablesaw to process Gum Wood from the most commonly found tree on the islands. You can get copper ore by mining them, and smelting them into bars using the furnace. As for the Old Gear and the Old Wheel, you will need to dig for them using the Metal Detector from John’s shop.
Once you have all the materials, you will be able to build the grain mill and place it on your farm. This will help to process your wheat into flour, which you can make bread from. This is a great way to make food or Dinks in the game as you don’t really need to do much outside of your farm once you have the machines that you need.
