The only way you can farm Fragment of a Golden Melody is by defeating Legatus Golems. This is a new World Boss, also known as The Statue of Marble and Brass. The first time you will encounter it is during the quest The Shadow Over Petrichor. This quest is included under the World Quest Series: Canticles of Harmony Prelude – Petrichorror Dream. As you follow the questline, you will come to Legatus Golem’s lair. Defeat the Golem to get the Fragment of a Golden Melody as a drop, amongst other things
The fight with Legatus Golem is quite easy once you are able to break the Geo shield it has put around it. Use any attack that will counter the Geo shield to break it, then launch your best and powerful attacks to bring it down. Hydro or Electro sub-DPS characters will help you win the fight here as their attacks can quickly counter the boss. The fight is pretty straightforward, so you can defeat it and come back later to farm more Fragments of a Golden Melody.
