There are two ways to get Chili Sauce. You can either craft it or scavenge barracks to get it through RNG. To craft chili sauce, you need to first unlock the recipe. It can be found under Dawn of the New Tribe in your Knowledge and Technology tree. Click on Premium Food and you will find the recipe for chili sauce. Next you need to scavenge for two ingredients. You require 2x Chili and 1x Crude Salt to craft one Chili Sauce. Chilies can be found within barracks in Rocky Bottomland, west of your spawn point past the Mangroves
It is a random drop, so you have to scavenge the barracks repeatedly to locate chilies. You might also get chili seeds this way, so you can plant them in your farm to grow chilies. Next, Crude Salt can be produced at the cooking stove after farming Salt from Salt Mines. You can find these mines near beaches and water bodies. There is also a Flint Tribe located close to the water, and you can raid their camp to get salt. Take Chilies and Crude Salt to the cooking station to craft Chili Sauce
