You can find the Kiuyoyou Shrine (-1105, 2086, 0104) in Rowan Plain, northeast of Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower. It is visible in plain sight, so you won’t have much trouble getting to that shrine.
Kiuyoyou Shrine Puzzle Solution in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
- You will find a block of ice on the left side and a lava point on the right.
- There is a switch on the far left side where you need to place the ice block
- The ice block is too big for now, so pick it up and dip it a little bit into the lava
- Once it is small enough, place it on the switch to unlock the gate
- On the right side, glide through the air current and float up to the next platform
- There is a stone slab in front of you. Lift it and place it in front of the wall of fire
- Pick up the ice block and set it aside, then lift the stone slab and place it horizontally on top of the ice block
- Place both items on the spiked slide on the right
- Glide through the air current to reach the area where the ice block is now
- Push the ice block toward the wall where you can spot a small alcove
- Pick up the previous ice block resting on the switch in the first area
- Drop it on top of the stone slab and ice block against the wall
- Make your way up to the chest
- Drop down, then pull out the ice block with the stone slab
- Take it to the first area and drop it under the lava river
- The exit will now be revealed
