Shikanoin Heizou was finally released today in Genshin Impact Version 2.8. His skills and talents have already been explored but what remains are his constellations. This is a piece of good news for those who don’t have any constellations of Heizou and for those who are willing to pull for them. Heizou at C0 is a complete 4-star character- with a well-rounded kit and good DPS.
He’s one of the best 4-stars to come from Inazuma as his kit has no inherent problems which his Constellations seek to solve. As such, players with low primos, need not pull for his constellations and instead save up for Sumeru. As for those who do want to pull for his constellations, they will be happy to know that most of his constellations are good quality-of-life improvements well worth the extra Primogems.
Heizou’s Constellations in Genshin Impact
Heizou’s Constellations improve his overall kit and the nitty-gritty of his gameplay. He’s a complete character at C0 with no glaring flaws. His constellations only serve to make him a better unit. They are as follows:
C1: Named Juvenile Casebook
At C1, Heizou’s normal attack speed is increased by 15% and he automatically gets a Declension stack once every 10s for his E Heartstopper Strike.
C2: Investigative Collection
At C2 the pulling effect of his ultimate Windmuster Kick is improved and its overall duration is increased by 1s.
C3: Esoteric Puzzle Book
This constellation bumps his elemental skill talent- Heartstopper Strike by 3 levels.
C4: Tome of Lies
The first explosion from his Windmuster Kick generates 9 elemental energy for Heizou. The subsequent explosions of the infused elements generate 1.5 energy. A maximum total of 13.5 energy can be generated for Heizou this way.
C5: Secret Archive
This constellation boosts his elemental burst talent- Windmuster Kick by 3 levels
C6: Curious Casefiles
This one grants Heizou a bonus of 4% Crit Rate per Declension Stack and when he achieves max stacks and thus the state of Conviction, Heizou instead gets a bonus 32% Crit Damage to his Heartstopper Strike.
As we can see, all of Heizou’s constellations improve and build on his basic kit and thus makes him a better dps at C6. For players who want to pull for his constellations, we personally think his C1, C2 and C6 are the best ones. Good luck with your Heizou pulls!
