For this achievement, you need to locate the new World Boss, Legatus Golem. This boss has been recently added in version 4.6, so you would have already encountered the boss as part of the main quest. If you have defeated the boss already, then you would have its moves memorized. During the fight, Legatus Golem will lift its blade and slam it to the ground to release Pyro shockwaves. After that, it will lift its sword one last time to make a jump attack and release the final large shockwave.
To get this achievement, you need to work on weakening the shield first. Weaken it just enough that you can break it with one attack. Next, wait for Legatus Golem to slam its sword and release the shockwaves. After the third shockwave, it will lift its sword up briefly. This is the best time to lunge in and do your ultimate attack, destroying its shield and getting the achievement.
