To start, make your way to the above location. You will find three WVD crystals, but they are all located a bit away from each other. Head up the hills nearby and pick up the crystal here. You have to move it close to the other crystals. Head down and place the first crystal on the floor, then do the same for the other two. Once they are all nearby, use a Hydro character and activate the Hydrogana to form a circle around the crystals. If all the crystals are within the circle, you will get a reward. Also, Salsa will appear near the easel and explain her predicament.

To solve the puzzle, pick up the middle crystal and move it in between the bushes, close to the crystal on the left. This will complete the puzzle and you can help Salsa further.
