If your internet service is poor or if you are facing connectivity issues, you will have to check with your network provider to solve the issue. Even restarting your Wi-Fi router or changing to a wired internet cable can help.
Make sure your Graphics Drivers are up to date
An outdated Graphics Card can cause issues with the game crashing and not loading. You will have to visit the official website of your graphics card to download any latest updates.
Run the game as Administrator
If you are not allowing the game to utilize the full access of your PC, you will face issues with launching the game. To run the game as Admin, go to the folder where your game is, find Super People.exe, and right-click on it, you will find the Run as Administrator option. You can also find it in Properties > Compatibility > Settings > Run as Administrator after right-clicking on the game.
Disable Full-Screen Optimization, High DPI and Overlay
Disabling these three options on your PC can help with running the game smoothly. There are tutorials online that you can find to disable all the above.
Disable Antivirus and Firewall
You should check if Super People CBT is in your firewall or Antivirus’ whitelist. If not you can either approve it there or disable them instead. Remember to turn it back on when you are done playing the game.
Verify Game Files Integrity
You will have to check if all your game files are in order. To do that, go to Steam > Library > Super People CBT > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity.
Uninstall and reinstall the game
If all else fails, it is best to start fresh and reinstall the game. It can also help if you reboot your system to clear out any cache.
These are just some of the ways you can prevent Super People CBT from crashing and not launching on your PC. Though some of these tips may work for certain players, they won’t help the vast majority, so you will have to write to the support team about the problem or wait for a patch update if the issue is out of hand.
